Many of our products are special order item which are ordered in with the express purpose of fulfilling your order. Cancelations of special order items are costly since these items have been ordered at the time the order was placed; as such fees do apply.
*Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours after the order is placed without incurring a fee.
*Cancelations after 12 hours (up to 4 days from order date) will incur a 20%. cancelation fee or a $10 minimum fee, whichever is larger. Your cancelaton fee is converted to merchandise (store) credit for you to use on future orders.
Orders CANNOT be canceled after 4 days of processing.
