Since your child cannot try on the clothing before purchase is recommended that you order at least four weeks in advance of your wear date. This will allow plenty of time for size exchanges if needed. Comparing your child’s measurements to our product specific size chart will greatly reduce the need to make an exchange.

Many of our products are special order items, in which the merchandise is ordered with the sole purpose of fulfilling a customer’s order, and are shipped to Isabella’s Fate, then in-turn ship to our customers. The majority of our delivery time frame is in-transit time for the special order merchandise to arrive to Isabella’s Fate; once the merchandise arrives to Isabella’s Fate the normal in-transit time for delivery to our customers is 2-3 days (in most instances but not all).
E-CHECKS: Payments are processed immediately, however, e-checks take several days to clear and paying with an e-check will change your original delivery date upon the e-check payment clearing.
STANDARD/ECONOMY SHIPPING METHOD –CONTINENTAL USA
Estimated delivery time frames for standard shipping is noted on the shipping method choice at checkout. You can receive your order as early as the earliest date or as late as the latest date specified here. Please DO NOT count on delivery before the latest date noted on the shipping time frame; to ensure delivery before your need date it is best to add additional time to this latest delivery date in the event of any order or in-transit delays.
RUSH & EXPEDITED SHIPPING –CONTINETAL USA
This shipping method is not available for all products; please see product page as this the products page will notify you if your item is available for ‘Standard Shipping Only’. Orders placed in which rush or expedited shipping is not available on the merchandise ordered will be cancelled.
Expedited Delivery time frame is noted on the shipping method choice at checkout. This method has a much shorter handling time frame and delivers UPS Ground or USPS Parcel. Allow one full business day handling time, no PO or APO boxes; does not delivery on Saturday or Sunday. You can receive your order as early as the earliest date or as late as the latest date specified here. Please DO NOT count on delivery before the latest date noted on the shipping time frame; to ensure delivery before your need date it is best to add additional time to this latest delivery date in the event of any order or in-transit delays. Please note that this shipping option is not a specific shipping method and may ship USPS or UPS.
4 BUSINESS DAY, 3 BUSINESS DAY & 2 BUSINESS DAY –CONTINENTAL USA ONLY
These expedited methods only ship and delivery during business days Monday – Friday; they do not move in-transit nor delivery on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or holidays. Allow one full business day for handling and processing. This shipping method is not available on all merchandise – see product page. These shipping options denote a delivery time frame and not a specific shipping method and may ship with any USPS or UPS shipping method including ground.
Oversized, bulky or heavy orders may take 1-3 business days longer than estimated delivery date.
BACKORDERS OR OUT OF STOCK NOTIFICATIONS
Many of our products are special order items and as such in rare cases the manufacturer may notify us that the item is out of stock after the order is already placed. Isabella's Fate will try our best to contact you via email with this information as quickly as possible. However, in extremely rare instances late out of stock notices are possible and we will contact you, via email, as soon as this information is provided to us.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUSED DELIVERY
To cancel your order please visit our Return Policy page and complete the cancellation form. A form must be submitted for the order to be cancelled. If delivery is refused by the customer a 30% fee applies and original shipping costs are non-refundable (in the event free shipping was used a flat shipping cost of $8.95 is deducted from refund).

Custom taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. We will not fabricate customs forms; please do not ask us to break international laws by requesting false customs documents including (but not limited to) products or costs.

- Standard Shipping: 2-6 weeks for delivery (this time frame includes all handling time) with NO TRACKING CAPABILITIES. This time frame does not include possible Custom delay and Isabella's Fate is in no way liable for delivery delays due to a package held for an extended period with Customs. USPS will only confirm their receiving the shipment; no other tracking is available. If you would like tracking information (US side only) please select Priority Mail or Express Mail. Due to no tracking capabilities with 1st class international customer agrees to accept all risked once the package has left Isabella's Fate.
- Priority Mail: Normally 14-24 business day delivery (this time frame includes all handling time). Includes full tracking to your door. This time frame does not include possible Custom delay and Isabella's Fate is in no way liable for delivery delays due to a package held for an extended period with Customs.
- Express Mail (Upon Request): Normally 12-19 business day delivery (this time frame includes all handling time). This method includes full tracking to your door. This time frame does not include possible Custom delay and Isabella's Fate is in no way liable for delivery delays due to a package held for an extended period with Customs.
- UPS: (Upon Request) offers full tracking capabilities and is available upon request only
- Isabella’s Fate Does Not Ship Internationally to PO Boxes, Street Addresses for International Shipments are Required.

International Shipping Customs, Taxes & Duties (Outside of USA):
You must allow for additional time in-transit for Customs processing; Isabella's Fate cannot be held accountable for customs delays as this is completely out of our hands. The in-transit time frame Isabella's Fate offers does not include any delays that may occur at customs. The recipient of international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the destined country once the shipment arrives to that country. Additional charges for customs clearances must be borne by the recipient. International law requires us to be truthful on custom forms; please do not ask us to falsify customs documents.
All communication is conducted via email so check your email or login to your Isabella’s Fate account on a regular basis. To avoid important Isabella’s Fate emails going into your trash or spam folder please add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
ISABELLA’S FATE DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES:
Isabella’s Fate cannot guarantee delivery date even on expedited shipping. We list estimated shipping/handling time frames on each product page, shipping page and here; it is up to the customer to take into consideration shipping & handling time plus any possible carrier delays and then determine the best shipping method to use for shipment to arrive in plenty of time for their need by date. We always try our best to ship orders by the need by date when we are informed of the need by date at the time of purchase.
Free shipping is contingent on completed and paid orders. If you received free shipping and the order or item(s) from the order is returned and disqualifies the remaining order from the minimum order requirements for free shipping the original shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount. This applies to returns or exchanges, if you place a new order for exchange that qualifies for the free shipping you will again receive free shipping on this new order, however, the original shipping will still be deducted from the original returned order.
Free 'Economy' shipping when shipped to our South Carolina residents on all order of $38.95 and up. Free shipping policy for returns/exchanges still apply. 'Economy' shipping flat rate of $8.95 or orders of $38.94 or less.
