 All return questions and communication is conducted via email ONLY; not by telephone. Telephone operators cannot assist with or approve returns or exchanges. Please email returns@isabellasfate.com

All sales are final with a courtesy one time exchange in the same style for color or size. NO RETURNS FOR REFUND without a new order exchange. Indicate NEW ORDER NUMBER in the box below.

• NO EXCHANGES ON: final sale items including but not limited to: shoes, all accessory items, clearance, overstock or discontinued items. See Return Policy page for details and non-returnable/no exchange item list.
• EXCHANGES ALLOWED ON: Major apparel items including dresses, gowns, suits & outfits.
• 30 DAY TIME FRAME: Returns MUST be received by Isabella’s Fate within 30 days from receipt of delivery of the original item to the customer. WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS – ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
• RETURN WITHOUT A VALID RA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED & RETURNED TO SENDER UNOPENED. Make sure you get a return authorization BEFORE shipping your return to avoid this.
• Customized items including outfits or dress in which you make customized choices on the product page can be exchange with a $12 customized item fee will apply on the return. These items personalized to the customer’s specifications.
• Read return policy in its entirely before submitting this form.
• Returns accepted which are not an exchange will be issued merchandise credit --not refund to payment method with a 20% return fee NO EXCEPTIONS!
• This is a request form and does not guarantee issuance of an RA number; this is at the discretion of Isabella's Fates Return Department.
• Overorder returns are NOT allowed - Overorders are when two or more: sizes, colors or styles are ordered on a single order with the sole intention of returning the unwanted product.
• Free Shipping Offers are Contingent on a Completed and Paid Order; once an item(s) is returned to us the order is no longer paid or complete and is therefore disqualified from free shipping offers. The original shipping cost ($7.95 Continental US or More outside the US) will be deducted from the refund.

HOW TO COPY & PASTE:

Take your mouse, and place your cursor at the beginning of the form

Now, with the cursor over the highlighted text, right click the mouse for
