Return Policy Summary:
Merchandise is final sale with a courtesy one time size or color exchange in the same style on all apparel products. Exchanges must be made and return merchandise delivered to us within 30 days from receipt of delivery. To make an exchange please see instructions below. Over-order purchase is not considered for exchange (this is purchasing several items to try on or compare in a single order with the intent of returning the unwanted products). Shoes & accessory items are final sale with no return or exchange available; see final sale item list below for details. Full return policy is available by clicking the 'RETURNS' link at the top of the website.
How to Make Your Easy Exchange:
Place a new order for the new size or color needed in the same style. We’re sorry, to avoid confusion and delays we do not ‘swap out’ items; a new order must be placed.
There is no need to enter a coupon code on the new order; your refund will reflect the correct amount.
After placing your new order please fill in our Return Request Form with the necessary information then email the completed form to us.
We will send you an RA number with return instructions within 1-2 business days. Please follow the instructions in this email to return your item(s).Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must arrive to Isabella's Fate within 30 days from original order delivery.
Upon return a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) for the refund to be applied to your payment method. Merchandise credit (if applicable) will be issued by email unless issuance by post is requested.
30 Day Exchange Policy:
Onetime size or color exchange in the same style on apparel items (shoes & accessories are final sale – see list below).
Exchanges must be made and the return merchandise must arrive to Isabella's Fate within 30 days from receipt of original item delivery (the day merchandise delivered to you). It is best to request a return within 20 days of order delivery to allow enough time to return your merchandise within our 30 day time frame.
A valid ‘Return Authorization Number’ (RA#) must be written on the outside of return package to ensure acceptance.
Product(s) must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached and all packaging intact. Returns are subject to inspection to ensure original, unused and resalable condition.
Please note: Sections of an outfit or suit cannot be exchanged on a per piece bases. Sets are pre-assembled and pieces cannot be interchanged, instead the whole set must be exchanged. If there a portion of a set is defective please file a claim.
Final Sale Items Cannot be Returned or Exchange (including but not limited to):
Shoes, socks, footwear, gloves, headwear, hair accessories, underwear, slips, petticoats, neckties, bow ties, baskets, pillows, dress accessories, suit accessories, gift sets, bibs, blankets, outwear, coats, jackets, boleros, seasonal items, undergarments, cummerbunds, sashes, pins, garment bags, purses, suspenders, any other accessory items, clearance, discontinued, overstock or sale products. These items cannot be exchanged or returned; their sale is final without exception.
