Important: A 'Return Authorization Number' (RA#) is required for all returns; make sure you request & receive an RA# before returning merchandise. Returns without an RA# clearly written on the outside of the package will be refused, unopened and returned to sender. TO GET AN RA# FOLLOW THE EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

EASY 30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
(All sales are final with a courtesy onetime size or color exchange on major apparel items only may be exchanged – see exclusion details below)
- Size or color onetime exchange in the exact same style only (a SKU 3710 can only be exchanged for another SKU 3710)
- Major apparel is: dresses, gowns, suits, outfits, pants/dress shirt/vest separates
- We allow 30 days from receipt of delivery to the customer (the day you receive the order) to make an exchange. No additional time is allowed; so please do not ask.
- Sections of an outfit or suit cannot be exchanged in pieces; if one piece of the set is too small or too large the whole set must be exchanged - pieces cannot be interchanged.
**HOW TO EXCHANGE – SIMPLE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS**: (No worries; your exchange will be accepted automatically if within 30 days & same style exchange on major apparel items - (shoes & accessories are final sale with no exchanges available))
- PLACE A NEW ORDER online for the new size or color needed (in the same style). We do not simply “Swap” items – a new order must be placed.
- Click this link to complete our “Return Request Form”. Email the completed form to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Allow 1-2 business days for a response from the Returns Department. Upon approval you will receive an email with your valid RA# and return instructions. Please follow the instructions included with the email to ensure acceptance of your package.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Ensure delivery of the return to Isabella’s Fate within 10 days from RA# issuance. Upon passing inspection you will be credited the product cost, less shipping, to your original payment method; please allow 7-10 business days (M-F excluding holidays) for refund to issue to your account. If merchandise credit is required this information will be emailed to you.

- No fees on exchanges totaling under $100 (excluding specialty items)
- 15% restocking fee for exchanges of $100 or more
- Specialty Items are: Communion Dresses, Custom Petal Dress, Custom Tuxedo or any other Custom Designed Product.
- 15% return fee on specialty items including: Communion dresses (will note ‘Communion’ in the product title)
- A flat $10 fee on specialty items such as Petal dresses, customizable tuxedos or other items in which the customer requests special changes in color or attached accessories. These items are made to your specifications and must be altered to be resold. Most companies do not allow exchanges on custom made items; we allow a courtesy exchange with a fee.
- Free Shipping SC & promotions are contingent on a paid & completed order; full order returns will void free shipping and original shipping, flat $7.95, will be deducted from refund total - this also applies to exchange orders.
