Coupon Restrictions

 

COUPON (PROMO) CODE RESTRICTIONS, TERMS & CONDITIONS: (if for any reason you have a problem with a coupon code you MUST contact us before paying for the order - we DO NOT apply coupons after the order is placed):

  • Coupon codes apply to merchandise only; not gift certificates, gift cards, shipping & handling, gift packaging or applicable taxes.
  • Coupon codes may be limited to one time use.
  • No adjustments on previous orders: All discounts are for future orders and do not apply to previousorders already placed; Isabella's Fate will not add coupon code after an order is placed, please inquiry about coupons before checkout.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts (excluding volume discount) or promotions.
  • Not valid for cash or cash equivalent
  • Unless otherwise specified coupons will not apply to: Clearance, Sale, Overstock, Discount or Discontinued merchandise; these items are excluded from coupon use.
  • Coupon codes for orders totaling a certain amount (example 10% on orders of $125 or more) than the coupon code will only apply to regular priced items totaling this amount or more and these excluded items will not add to the orders total for the coupon code to work. Order totals are less excluded items and before shipping costs are applied
  • Specialty coupon codes are for one time use.
  • Gift certificates can be used in conjunction with coupon codes, Gift certificates have no expiration date or minimum order. One gift certificate per category per household.
  • Expired or invalid coupons will not apply. Coupons found outside of the Isabella's Fate website are in no way guaranteed to work. Expiration dates are located by the coupon code.
  • Coupon codes deduct a percentage amount off of your order before you pay; upon merchandise return this coupon code, or the percentage of the returned merchandise, will be removed. Since coupon amount was not paid it cannot be refunded.
