Cancellation Request Form

Orders being processed may be canceled before shipment. Please complete the form below and email to returns@isabellasfate.com

 Since many of our products are special order or custom items which are specifically ordered with the sole purpose of fulfilling a customer’s order cancelation fees apply.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER

• Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours after the order is placed without incurring a fee.
• Cancelations after 12 hours (up to 4 days from order date) will incur a 20% cancelation fee on the total order (shipping costs included) or a $10 minimum fee, whichever is larger
• Many products are special order items that are ordered in for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order; orders CANNOT be canceled after 4 days of processing.

ORDERS THAT CANNOT BE CANCELED

• Orders that have been shipped
• Orders with 5 or more apparel products cannot be cancelled.
• Orders with the following shipping methods: “Rush”, “3 Day”, “2 Day” or “Next Day”. These are sent to the manufacturer immediately and cannot be stopped.
• Orders cannot be canceled after 4 days from order date as special order merchandise is in-transit to Isabella's Fate to fulfill your order.

HOW TO COPY & PASTE:

Take your mouse, and place your cursor at the beginning of the form
above, then click and hold the left mouse button, while pulling your mouse over
the text. This should highlight the text. Now release the left mouse button.
Now, with the cursor over the highlighted text, right click the mouse for
options, and select 'copy'. Now over an open word program or directly into a
new email message, right click your mouse again, and select 'paste' and you
will have copied and pasted the form. Complete form as needed.
